The $18 million-dollar psychological thriller “Triangle” is produced by Gold Coaster Chris Brown.

Filmmakers have started building a 55m three-storey-high replica ocean-liner at The Spit which will take about seven weeks to complete and employ more than 20 people. “It’s going to be pretty huge and it will probably become a tourist attraction” states Chris.

Lately, local movie-making had been quiet due to the US-Australian dollar exchange rate.

The “Triangle” will employ roughly 100 actors as extras, and auditions for supporting roles have been completed. the film would be based at Warner Roadshow Studios at Oxenford, where they are working on building a yacht inside the studio’s $2.1 million water tank.

Warner Roadshow Studios are situated forty five minutes drive south of Brisbane International Airport and twenty minutes from Queensland’s famous Gold Coast – one of the fastest growing and most exciting and thriving areas in Australia. Warner Studios also provides a comprehensive support network of experienced film service companies including casting agency, Maura Fay Group.
